Please read these before you book. The front desk can walk you through anything that is unclear.

Appointments

We work by appointment. Walk-ins are only possible if a stylist is free for the service you want. Book online at our MeeVo portal or call (717) 757-3969.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your service. Within 24 hours, cancellations are 20% of the scheduled salon or day spa services. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are 50% of the scheduled cost and stay on your account until paid. A voicemail while we are closed counts as notice if it is inside that window. Accounts must be cleared before we reschedule.

Deposits

Appointment deposits are no more than 50% of your scheduled total. You can pay a deposit by phone with a card, or ask us to send a self-pay link.

Gratuity

Gratuity is accepted by cash, check, or Venmo.
