Before you book
Cancellation, deposits & gratuity
These are the same policies from the front desk. Call us if you need to change a time.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your service. Within 24 hours, cancellations are 20% of the scheduled salon or day spa services. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are 50% of the scheduled cost and stay on your account until paid. A voicemail while we are closed counts as notice if it is inside that window. Accounts must be cleared before we reschedule.
Appointment deposits are no more than 50% of your scheduled total. You can pay a deposit by phone with a card, or ask us to send a self-pay link. Gratuity is accepted by cash, check, or Venmo.
